PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

1) Please respond before 21st August with your intention to participate or not. Simply hit the ‘Accept’ or ‘Decline ‘ button on your invitation. The meeting room is designed for 36 max so if we need more space we need to know soon.

2) Please let Els know your hotel preferences as soon as possible, again before 21st August as the block reservations will expire.

A meeting room has been booked in the hotel ‘De Plataan’ (for 36 people max.) The hotel is located in the centre of Delft ( just to the north of the centre).

So we have this meeting room, with a projector, from
9:00 to 13:00 and 14:00 to 18:00 on tuesday the 11th november and,
9:00 to 13:00 on wednesday the 12th november Then wednesday afternoon we will have a tour of the Kipp production labs and offices, travelling there by minibus or taxis.

Optional group reservations for 20 people, in 2 hotels, hotel De Koophandel, and hotel De Plataan where the conference will be held.
One of these optional reservations expires on Sunday 24 August, so please urge John Rimmer to send out the invitations quickly and to request the invitees to respond on 21 August at the latest.
Plus optional group reservation for 10 rooms at the hotel Johannes Vermeer. The reservation is fixed until the end of August.
